About You

You are passionate passionate about improving people’s lives on a massive scale through the power of nutrition and technology. You are a leader, a problem solver and a creative visionary who knows how to drive scalable success at both the user and account level. You are as equally excited to jump into a client meeting as you are a product meeting to discuss data-driven strategies to hit enrollment and engagement KPIs. You are seasoned at building and evolving playbooks to support marketing strategy for a variety of clients including health plans, employers and wellness platforms within a B2B2C model. You consider message testing, directing creative and copywriting as some of the fun parts of the job. You know that prioritization, collaboration and speed is the name of the game in the startup world. You love collaborating with a lean team of talented individuals to make it all happen!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead and execute overall strategy to support team and organizational OKRs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Analytics Teams to drive user enrollment and engagement KPIs, collaboratively optimizing user experience 
  • Lead user lifecycle strategy within key marketing channels (e.g. email, push, in-product, etc.) and message testing across all product lines
  • Develop and execute communications strategy around new digital therapeutics product rollouts including Foodscripts (Food as Medicine) and Telenutrition
  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor for Zipongo’s top clients by driving marketing projects to completion with internal stakeholders, senior executives and mid-level managers
  • Lead a team of marketers, graphic designers and content contributors
  • Continually evolve library of multi-channel marketing campaigns and wellness toolkits
  • Define new enrollment and engagement opportunities that will move metrics, as well as barriers, and initiate action plans to optimize opportunities and mitigate blockers
  • Recommend and drive improvements in broader user growth and engagement efforts

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years previous marketing experience
  • College degree required and MBA is preferred
  • Previous B2B2C marketing experience, preferably at a digital health company in a client-facing role
  • Track record of success in leading a team, serving as a key product contributor and managing client-facing projects
  • Excellent influencing and people management skills to drive projects forward, gain buy-in and iterate on feedback
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, including ample experience with client-facing, senior-level presentations
  • Accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail and strategic problem solving
  • Effectively work internally and externally to address, manage and resolve escalations
  • Demonstrates passion for our work, our company and our clients’ success
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis as needed

Bonus Requirements

  • Experience working at a high growth stage startup
  • Previous experience in developing member communications strategy in health plan space
  • Previous experience using Mac OS and Google Drive at the enterprise level
