About You

You will play a key role in driving the success of our top accounts that includes enterprise, channel partner, health plan, and health systems. You enjoy formulating highly effective marketing strategies specific to your clients’ communication channels and member populations to reach product enrollment and engagement targets, as well as working cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize strategy at the book of business level. You’re highly analytical and eager to calculate ROI--whether it is relevant to traditional tactics or digital—and improve upon learnings. While you love creating and evaluating strategy, you’re equally thrilled to roll up your sleeves on implementation, which may include developing creative assets and traveling to onsite events to engage with prospective users.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor for Zipongo’s top clients by driving marketing projects to completion with internal stakeholders, senior executives, and mid-level managers
  • Strong relationship building skills to successfully manage client relationships ensuring all needs are met. Understand and serve the client’s marketing needs in a way which builds learning and is scalable for Zipongo
  • Define new enrollment and engagement opportunities that will move metrics, as well as barriers, and initiate action plans to optimize opportunities and mitigate blockers
  • Partner with other client-facing team leads to proactively prioritize client needs and drive to resolution using advanced marketing techniques
  • Design and implement bespoke lifecycle engagement campaigns for larger populations such as challenges and webinars
  • Recommend and drive improvements in broader user growth and engagement efforts

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years previous marketing experience
  • College degree or equivalent education
  • Digital experience is desirable
  • Track record of success in managing multiple client-facing projects
  • Understanding of the employee benefits and/or communications marketplace
  • Excellent influencing and people management skills to drive projects forwards, gain-buying and iterate on feedback
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, including ample experience with client-facing, senior-level presentations
  • Accountable, proactive, and thoughtful with high attention to detail and strategic problem solving
  • Effectively work internally and externally to address, manage, and resolve escalations
  • Demonstrates passion for our work, our company, and our clients’ success
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis as needed

Bonus Requirements

  • Previous B2B2C marketing experience, preferably at a digital health company in a client facing role
  • Experience working at a high growth stage startup
  • Previous experience in developing member communications strategy in health plan space
  • Previous experience using Mac OS and Google Drive at the enterprise level
